Repair, resurface or replace.

Most concrete doesn’t need to be torn out. Here’s how TCR decides, and everything it does.

Which one do you need?

The free assessment answers this for your concrete. Here’s the short version.

  • Repair

The concrete is sound but has cracks, chips or bad joints. Fix the spots and stop them spreading.

  • Resurface

Still sound, but spalled, worn or stained all over. A new surface goes on top, usually for much less than replacing it.

  • Replace

Damage is widespread and deep, or the base has failed. The old concrete comes out and new goes in.
